Returns and Refunds Policy
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when received.
- Be in its original packaging, including any tags and labels attached.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
**Schoolwear, workwear, and other items** that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for returns.
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear, socks, and swimwear (unless still in original, unopened packaging).
- Any customized or altered items (e.g., embroidered uniforms).
- Health and personal care items.
If the item you received is defective or damaged, please return it within 7 days of receipt. All returned items will be thoroughly inspected by our team. If the item is found to be defective, we will either:
- Repair or replace the item at no additional cost, or
- Provide a full refund if the defect cannot be fixed.

Once your return is received, it will be thoroughly inspected to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. After inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a reasonable time frame.

You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, except in cases of defective items. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If returning more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
