At Marys Outfitters, we’ve made sure you get your order the way that suits you best. We currently offer delivery through Fastway Couriers for reliable door-to-door service, and PUDO (Pick Up, Drop Off) for convenient collection at a locker near you.

Prefer to collect your order in person? You’re always welcome to pick up directly from our store.

Exchange or Return of Goods

At Mary’s Outfitters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you wish to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging, with all labels attached.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Returns must include the original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
  • All accessories, packaging, and tags must be intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items such as socks or undergarments cannot be returned unless defective.

If an item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds will be processed within the timeframes prescribed by South African consumer law.

FAQs

Where do you deliver and delivery costs?

Mary’s Outfitters delivers to all physical addresses within South Africa that are serviced by PUDO Locker and Fastway Couriers, including most outlying areas.

Delivery costs are calculated automatically during checkout, based on:

  • Your chosen delivery method (Fastway or PUDO), and
  • The rates generated by the courier company for your delivery area.

You’ll see the final delivery charge before confirming your order

Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time for your order is between 2 and 7 working days, depending on your location and chosen delivery method.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed and handed over to the courier on the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day.

Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, you’ll receive a tracking notification so you can follow your delivery’s progress.

Do you offer Free Delivery?

Yes — Mary’s Outfitters offers free delivery on all online purchases over R1,500, anywhere in South Africa.

Orders below this amount will have delivery charges automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen courier option.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

Once your order has been processed and handed to the courier, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can then track your parcel’s progress through Fastway or PUDO.

What if my delivery is delayed?

Delivery times depend on your area and courier workload. If your parcel takes longer than 7 working days, please contact us at sales@marys.co.za or call +27 (0)12 323 4625 / 73, and we’ll follow up with the courier on your behalf.

What should I do if my parcel is damaged or incorrect?

Inspect your parcel as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged or incorrect, refuse delivery or contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

What if i ordered the wrong item?

If you’ve ordered the incorrect item, size, or colour, you may return it to us for an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
